Mr. Arjun is an actor by profession and an educationist by passion. He is also a Business and a Social worker. He is the co-founder of Hicom India and DND Hospitality Pvt Ltd. He strongly believes in nurturing the young mind through dance, art, and drama. He believes that young children should be exposed to different forms of art to help them think creatively. He brings to Hi-Kalpaa his rich experience being an actor. Kalpaa is thrilled to have Arjun as Managing director and mentor.

A Passionate Educator and a serial Entrepreneur Shalini holds a master’s degree in Engineering and Technology. She started her entrepreneurship journey with Aero Modelling and Robotics-based Hobby Club “FUNLAB” in 2012 in IT hub and Silicon Valley of India Bangalore. FUNLAB provides fun-based learning for kids aged 8-15 years and so far 5000+ students have been trained under FUNLAB. She also co-founded Hicom, which is an IT & telecom company providing services to 500+ top international schools and corporates across India. Shalini started her own preschool brand “Hi-Kalpaa” in line with NEP and the current digital revolution post-pandemic. She along with her core team members developed a unique award-winning curriculum after extensive research and analysis which is mainly focused on story and experiment-based. She aspires to build Hi-Kalpaa a preferred preschool brand PAN India with a presence in all major cities. Shalini started her preschool brand “Hi-Kalpaa” in line with NEP and the current digital revolution post-pandemic. She along with her core team members developed a unique award-winning curriculum after extensive research and analysis which is mainly focused on story and experiment. She aspires to build Hi-Kalpaa a preferred preschool brand PAN India with a presence in all major cities. Shalini believes hands-on and experience-based learning is the best way to educate early learners.

Vidya has been associated with the education industry for close to two decades. She is a member of the Early Childhood Association of India. She is extremely passionate about early childhood education and about changing the way young children kick-start their learning journey. She has worked with many prestigious educational institutions like Base Educations, Little Millennium Head Office, and Indus International School in various capacities like operation, academics, and customer service. She has also won many accolades for her tireless and sincere work in the field of education. She has been involved in the journey of Hi-Kalpaa from its infancy stage and she also takes care of the Hi-Kalpaa’s operations. Ms. Sheetal Jethy is a passionate educationist and has been there in the education segment for the last 18 years. She is the Founder of chalk academy for teachers training. Founder- Chalk | Preschool mentor and coach| Parent coach | Trainer| Curriculum Developer| Core committee member ECA Karnataka| Member NAEYC. She has won many awards and recognition in this journey of entrepreneurship. She has been instrumental in developing centres for large preschool chains like Kidzee, Little Millennium, Apple Kids, and The Learning Curve. She has already trained over 4000 people over the period of 18 years, which includes teachers, counselors, business owners, trainers, and parents. She has been associated and working with Special needs children and schools dealing with special education for the last 10 years.
